Mental Health Professional- Emerge Behavioral Clinic (Will County, IL)

Ray Graham Association’s Emerge Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking passionate, empathetic, and dynamic mental health professionals to join our team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Mental Health Professional with RGA’s Emerge Clinic, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering holistic mental health services that promote long-term wellness and quality of life.

Location:
This position serves clients in Will County, Illinois. While remote work is available, candidates must be flexible to attend in-person meetings or sessions at our Lombard, IL office as directed by the department’s Director.

 Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Preferred master’s program or actively pursuing clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
• Deep passion for mental health and holistic wellness
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to accurately document client information and treatment
