Mental Health Provider for Telehealth Startup

Hiring for telehealth platform dedicated to helping qualified individuals exercise their right to an assistance animal, and all of the benefits accrued under the Fair Housing Act. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments
  
• Ensure compliance with telehealth best practices and regulatory standards on federal and state level
  
• Deliver signed ESA Letters to the company, using tools that are part of the company platform
  

Qualifications

• Current, independent licensure as a mental health provider (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) in your state
  
• Experience in clinical therapy; telehealth experience is a plus
  
• Strong technical proficiency with digital health platforms
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care
  

Compensation and Contract

• We provide a flat fee of $30 per 15 minute appointment equal to $120/hour.
  
• You’ll operate as an independent contractor under our MSA and BAA, ensuring clarity on scope, compensation, and patient privacy obligations.
  
• No ongoing commitment is required beyond the assessments you choose to handle.
