Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Full-Time Opportunity in NJ

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth counseling to clients across New Jersey. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and support individuals in building strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions virtually.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback.
• Participate in team consultations and training.

• Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong skills in telehealth technology and communication.
