Remote Licensed Therapist – Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT)

Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed therapists across Maryland to deliver secure, virtual counseling services to adults and families. In this role, you’ll help clients manage stress, build resilience, and improve their emotional health using evidence-based approaches. You’ll have the flexibility of working from home, while still being part of a collaborative team that values professional growth and client success.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide secure video-based counseling for individuals and families
• Develop and update client-centered treatment plans
• Track client progress and adjust care when needed
• Partner with colleagues to ensure consistent support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT)
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong virtual communication skills
