We’re seeking licensed therapists to provide telehealth services to clients across Maryland. This role allows you to make a difference every day by offering support to individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. Working from home, you’ll deliver care that’s flexible, effective, and tailored to each client’s needs, while maintaining a steady weekday schedule.

Details

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Duties

• Lead therapy sessions remotely with individuals, couples, and families
• Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs
• Collaborate virtually with peers for coordinated care
• Document sessions in compliance with state requirements
• Stay engaged in professional development activities

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of experience providing therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth technology
