We’re hiring therapists licensed in Arizona to deliver counseling services online. You’ll connect with clients virtually, helping them manage stress, build resilience, and find practical solutions to their mental health concerns. Position Details

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Duties

• Facilitate therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Create and refine treatment plans with clear objectives
• Support clients in developing positive coping strategies
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Collaborate virtually with other professionals

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Arizona license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Excellent communication and telehealth skills
