Remote Therapist Role – LMFT, LCSW, LPC

About the Role:
We're expanding our clinical team and hiring full-time licensed mental health counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to deliver therapy services virtually. This position focuses on providing care to adult individuals and couples in a remote setting.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000/year + full benefits

Duties:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments
• Develop care plans based on individual client needs
• Maintain updated records and documentation
• Join regular team consultations for clinical collaboration
• Adhere to best practices in client-centered care

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
