Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LPC, or LCSW | Full-Time

Job Description:
Our growing practice is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support adult and couple therapy services. We offer a collaborative setting where licensed professionals can work effectively from home while accessing ongoing peer support and professional development.

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100K–$110K annually + full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform virtual assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Ensure documentation is completed within 24 hours
• Tailor treatment strategies for each client
• Collaborate with team members during consults
• Uphold high standards of clinical care

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
