Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LMFT/LCSW/LPC | Full-Time in Wisconsin

Who We’re Hiring:
We're looking for licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) ready to support clients remotely. This role is ideal for therapists passionate about providing personalized, effective care in a fully virtual environment.

Employment: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Earnings: $100,000–$110,000 annually + benefits

Core Duties:

• Facilitate therapy sessions and evaluations
• Document sessions promptly (within 24 hours)
• Collaborate on treatment planning
• Participate in clinical meetings and discussions
• Support adults and couples through consistent care

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
