Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Exciting Opportunity: Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time in California
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on helping individuals overcome emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges through expert care and personalized strategies.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Pay Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year, with additional benefits

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patient needs
• Provide focused therapeutic counseling sessions
• Maintain an awareness of the latest counseling techniques and practices
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve patient outcomes
• Build a positive and supportive relationship with every patient

• Master’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Counseling, etc.)
• Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
