We’re hiring therapists across California to provide virtual therapy services. From the comfort of your home office, you’ll deliver counseling sessions, guide clients through personal challenges, and contribute to better outcomes for individuals and families. Schedule & Salary

• Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and family sessions online
• Develop and monitor treatment strategies
• Document services in line with state standards
• Collaborate with colleagues for continuity of care
• Adjust methods based on progress and outcomes

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong ability to provide therapy virtually
