Job Summary:
We are expanding our telehealth team and seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide professional counseling services online. This position involves guiding clients through therapy sessions, building tailored treatment strategies, and helping them manage life’s challenges effectively.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health evaluations remotely
• Offer therapy sessions customized to individual goals
• Implement evidence-based approaches to support progress
• Collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams
• Keep detailed and compliant session records

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Strong online communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse populations
