Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team, offering counseling and therapy to individuals across the U.S. You will focus on assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with benefits included

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments and design treatment approaches
• Deliver teletherapy sessions focused on wellness goals
• Provide feedback and adjust care plans as required
• Collaborate virtually with colleagues for best practices
• Maintain compliant and accurate case records

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Strong online communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse populations
