Job Summary:
We are looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist across California to provide high-quality telehealth counseling for clients managing emotional and psychological challenges. In this remote role, you will evaluate needs, develop treatment strategies, and deliver ongoing therapy to support client growth and stability.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess client concerns through structured evaluations
• Deliver effective therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Work collaboratively with other professionals when needed
• Document client care in compliance with standards

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Strong online communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse populations
