Location: Florida
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

Position Summary:
A Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is needed to provide mental health services across Florida through a secure telehealth platform. This role is fully remote and offers a structured weekday schedule. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing ongoing therapy, and supporting clients in meeting individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions (individual and group)
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on clinical progress
• Document sessions in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

• Active Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual platforms
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
