Location: Nashville, TN
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to Tennessee clients through structured sessions, treatment planning, and timely EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Maintain treatment plans and progress documentation
• Participate in virtual meetings and consults
• Follow risk screening and escalation guidelines

• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and documentation skills
