Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime hours

Job Summary:
This position provides a licensed therapist with the opportunity to serve clients across Indiana through a remote-first care model. Responsibilities include leading telehealth sessions, creating treatment strategies, and maintaining compliance with documentation standards. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to deliver effective care in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions online for individuals and families
• Conduct clinical evaluations and prepare treatment plans
• Keep accurate records in electronic health systems
• Collaborate with providers when interdisciplinary care is required
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet client goals

• Indiana license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Family Therapy
• Experience with outpatient therapy or telehealth delivery
• Proficiency with digital platforms and electronic documentation
• Self-directed approach to remote work
