What We’re Looking for

This role plays a critical role for Cross River and will report to Head of Enterprise Systems. Should be able to perform the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator role, working mostly US hours (NY Time Zone)

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator is an expert of Microsoft suite of products including Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook and should be able to bring the best practices with respect to the products integration and configuration to achieve better customer and user experience. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish the overall Microsoft technical stack at Cross River across Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook to ensure we can maximize the benefits from the Microsoft stack while offering ensuring scalability, flexibility, and agility towards our Partner Onboarding and Experience processes.
  • Responsible for the design, administration, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft Platform including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Administer all configuration and development changes within Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams to support business process and operational requirements at Cross River.
  • Act as techno‑functional SME for D365 CRM/Marketing, Power Platform
  • Identify process improvements and configure/optimize D365
  • Manage business process flows, model‑driven apps, and training
  • Provide architecture, configuration, admin support and end‑user assistance
  • Champion data accuracy, perform data selections/uploads/reports
  • Document processes and development requirements
  • Management of environment lifecycle oversight (Prod/Sandbox), ALM/DevOps pipeline (Azure DevOps, Git) ownership, automated testing, and release governance, capacity/licensing management, environment provisioning strategy and management, security & audit monitoring, disaster‑recovery, and data encryption and data retention policies, data retention schedules, GDPR/GLBA compliance, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems - Document system configuration and changes.

Requirements:
  • working mostly US hours (NY Time Zone)
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and administration of software technologies and solutions with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solutioning and administration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • 5‑7 yrs Power Platform & D365 CRM; experience with Visual Studio, Git, C#/.NET; strong project management and customer relationship skills
  • Experience administering D365 CRM, Power Platform & SQL; strong data quality focus; user support and training; manage security roles
  • Experience with implementing changes to Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages front end through customization and configuration.
  • Experience with D365 Dataverse, PowerApps (model driven), automating business processes with Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding and practice of solutions development methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.)
  • Experience with modern tooling such as PCF controls, TypeScript/Liquid, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, Git, telemetry/monitoring, and CI/CD test automation.
  • Experience on portal Implementations, other connected systems and banking domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Bonus
  • Knowledge of reporting architecture and Power BI would be an added advantage.
  • Preferred skills such as Visio and Excel, and basic SQL knowledge are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM software certifications) are a plus.
