Non-U.S Citizens are OKAY. Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with experience focused on structural design (not Mechanical). In U.S it’s called Structural Engineering bachelors’ degree, other countries it can be Civil Engineering with structural emphasis degree. Must have 5+ years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete exp is required). PE license preferred, SE license is ‘icing on the cake’. Exclusive freelancers are a hard NO.
Seeking mid-level structural engineers (approx. 5 years of experience is ideal)
Career path: fast-track to Associate-level roles for strong performers.
Projects: warehouses, tilt-up, Amazon distribution centers, data centers, and multi-family (new focus).
Pasadena, CA office – on-site only, never hybrid. Remote avail for Non-Local candidates.
Preferred western states; FOLLOWING STATES ACCEPTABLE for REMOTE: California, Washington State, Nevada, Arizona,)
Hiring 1 new engineer every 3 months.
Compensation: $120k–$200k base plus quarterly bonuses based on billable revenue.
Must have U.S. education (some), no freelance-only backgrounds, and be structural engineers (wood, steel, concrete).
No mechanical or plumbing backgrounds; mechanical engineering degrees excluded.
PE license preferred; SE a plus.
Open to non-U.S. citizens; sponsorship available (H-1B and others).
Interview process: skills assessment + 1-hour interview with principal (in-person; they’ll fly candidates in).
Relocation is open.
