INTECON, LLC seeks a Mission Support Lead to provide direct support to NASIC’s technical mission areas. This role ensures effective management of financial operations, training programs, and facility/SCIF planning in support of Advisory & Assistance Services under ASTRA. The position requires strong leadership in cross-functional mission support, ensuring NASIC operations remain compliant, secure, and mission-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Government resource officers with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution. Track obligations/expenditures and provide financial status reports.
• Develop and execute training objectives to improve organizational management and operational performance.
• Provide architectural and facility engineering expertise for ICD-705 compliant SCIFs and SAP/CAP spaces. Conduct engineering studies to support facility planning.
• Assist with planning and execution of information, personnel, and industrial security activities. Coordinate with Government security specialists to improve processes.
• Support oversight of IT and cybersecurity programs across classified/unclassified networks (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/Cloud).
• Provide monthly reports, continuity documentation, and mission support deliverables.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI at time of hire; must be able to maintain TS/SCI eligibility and comply with polygraph if required.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, management, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant mission support experience (finance / training / facilities).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and DoD financial systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, DoD budgeting cycles, and facility engineering standards.
• Excellent verbal/written communication for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in classified, mission-critical environments.
