In this role, you will be an integral part of the Vendor Mobile team, developing mobile experiences that enhance the professional ecosystem. Your contributions will support seamless, integrated experiences that are crucial for partners as they assist users in navigating major life milestones via mobile platforms. Accountabilities
- Build complex features from initial technical scoping and architecture to testing and full release.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile experiences using React Native, ensuring high performance and a seamless UI.
- Collaborate across the full stack, leveraging Laravel and cloud environments for the client API and mobile build processes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing feature-flagged beta releases and monitoring post-launch health.
- Partner with Customer Success to interpret, debug, and resolve deep technical issues.
- Investigate and squash complex bugs, identifying root causes and deploying fixes to maintain platform stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end features.
- Expertise in React Native and a deep understanding of mobile performance optimization and component lifecycles.
- Working proficiency with Typescript.
- Experience with full-cycle project ownership from initial requirements discussions to customer rollout.
- A 'builder-first' mentality with the curiosity to tackle unfamiliar technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners in design, product, and customer success.
- Analytical problem-solver who enjoys investigating bugs and deploying scalable technical fixes.
