ROLE AND LOCATION

We are currently looking for a Mobility Coordinator to support the team in Flower Mound, Texas.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring logistical support, including travel itineraries, housing, transportation, and related needs.

Distribute all relevant logistics documentation or instructions to employees.

Manage procurement of logistics-related services and materials in accordance with company policies and budgets.

Provide ongoing support to employees during travel or assignments to ensure seamless logistics execution and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

Possess a current driver’s license.

Qualified to work in the US without sponsorship.

Ability to communicate, orally, and in writing, with clarity, fluency, and accuracy.

Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

Previous experience in travel management will be a plus.

Computer skills in MS Office and other office tools.

Comfortable with general office tasks.

Compensation

- Performance-related salary, $45K-$55K based on experience and/or education.
