We issue onchain fiat currencies, such as the EURe—the first fully authorized and regulated euro stablecoin—facilitating seamless transactions between bank accounts and web3 wallets. About the role
We are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to drive engagement, expand our reach, and strengthen our presence in the Web3 space. This isn't a traditional marketing role — we need someone who understands crypto culture, can create compelling content, and is hands-on with community growth. You'll manage our online presence, execute campaigns, and represent Monerium at key events.

Key responsibilities

• Own Monerium's social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord).
• Publish content daily—threads, announcements, memes, deep dives, etc.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive user growth.
• Engage with the community, respond to questions, and build relationships.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize growth.
• Travel with the team to conferences and represent Monerium.

• Proven experience in Web3 growth, community management, and marketing.
• Strong understanding of crypto-native audiences and narratives.
• Ability to create content that resonates—case studies, threads, memes, explainers.
• Experience managing social channels and growing online communities.
• Hands-on approach—this is not a coordination role; it's execution-driven.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
• Proven experience working remotely, with strong skills in asynchronous communication and self-management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
