Monetization Specialist

Role

Lucky VR is seeking an experienced Monetization Specialist who will join our existing game team to review, implement, and iterate on our current monetization plan. This individual will have access to a wide set of data, related to sales, purchase history, and players’ purchase history. Using this data, the Monetization Specialist will strive to improve upon and attain a higher Average Revenue Per User to help push forward future initiatives at Lucky VR.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Iterate, and implement existing and new monetization strategies
• Analyze Performance Data (Key Performance Indicators, Average Revenue per User, Lifetime Value) to optimize and enhance revenue streams
• Enhancing studio knowledge of mobile F2P development methodologies and best practices.
• Design and oversee events for the community across different platforms.
• Manage stakeholders to align them with the vision
• Motivating and inspiring others to generate new ideas/approaches.
• Keeping up-to-date with current and emerging trends in the mobile/F2P marketplace.
• Suggesting suitable game loops to improve retention
• Economy and related system designs
• Generate regular reports on monetization performance, trends, and actionable insights
• Working with the data science team to define the monetization drivers, then designing additional features or tweaking the recent ones to improve the LTV
• Use JIRA to assign and track tasks/issues.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to create additional content that enriches the user experience and monetizes effectively

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of mobile and F2P design fundamentals
• Previous experience developing F2P strategies or working with similar game commerce structures
• Participated in the design of games on mobile, PC, or Console
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership with strong personal initiative
• Positive attitude and drive to work in a challenging, highly collaborative team environment
• Passion for playing and making games
• Experience working with a Live Service title
• Experience working on Mobile games
• Experience with analytics and BI boards is a plus.
