This financial advice firm is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Advisor or a commercial finance advisor to join their growing team on a self-employed basis. No matter what advice you give, or are looking to give, they will find a space for the right candidate.

This suits a high calibre broker looking to increase earnings and work with a mix of HNW and complex clients. Advisors are expected to bring their own clients, have the ability to build and grow a client base. However, they will be able to provide some strong leads, and help you build clients from various contacts.

Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor;

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products, including complex and HNW cases.
• Build, maintain, and grow a personal client base through networking, referrals, and business development.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.

Experience required as a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• 1 year minimum experience as a HNW mortgage advisor in a whole of market background
• Or alternatively, experience in bridging, protection, development finance etc.
• Motivated to build/expand a client base

• 100-120k OTE
