We’re seeking experienced mortgage originators, or high-performing LOAs ready to transition into the role, who are relentlessly service-focused and meticulously detail-oriented. What You’ll Do
· Nurture and maintain relationships with both existing and new agent partners introduced to you.
· Guide clients and partners through the mortgage process with clear, proactive, and strategic communication.
· Complete income reviews, credit evaluations, and provide payment estimates and strategic scenarios to support home searches and offers.
· Align loan structures with client goals, collaborating with the processing team to ensure smooth loan progression.
· Originate loans in compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines, leveraging our provided systems and tools.
· Proactively monitor past client database for refinance opportunities and present them to clients.
· Attend closings and elevate the experience with thoughtful gestures, such as handwritten notes and thank-you gifts.
· Participate in company and industry events.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years as a loan officer (or highly independent LOA) preferred, with deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• NMLS license required
• Proven ability to proactively solve problems, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues efficiently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, plus familiarity with Arive LOS or Jungo CRM a bonus
• Based in Denver Metro or Colorado Springs with flexibility for a hybrid work schedule (partial in-office time required, and ability to attend closings, meetings, and company events)
