We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. At Beeline, you’ll leverage cutting-edge tools—including CRM and an integrated dialer—to connect with prospective borrowers, manage your pipeline efficiently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a high-tech, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans (QM and non-QM) while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of borrowers using our advanced CRM and dialer system.
Educate borrowers on loan options, guiding them through Beeline’s streamlined digital process.
Partner with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure smooth loan progression from application through funding.
Maintain expert knowledge of Beeline’s product suite, pricing, and industry trends.
Deliver exceptional service that builds long-term client relationships and drives referrals.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (1 weekend per month)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed loan officer (preferably direct-to-consumer)
You’re comfortable with technology and working in a dialer
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Great communication in all channels — phone, email, SMS
Ability to multitask and be comfortable working at a fast pace
Be well organized and clear thinking
You are a problem solver
Prior hospitality experience is a plus
Expertise in investment properties is a plus
