We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Remote Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer service experiences for businesses across the United States. In this role, you will complete assignments remotely by interacting with businesses through phone calls, email, live chat, websites, or mobile applications. Your observations and feedback will help organizations improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

This is a flexible, remote contract position ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned mystery shopping evaluations remotely.
• Evaluate customer service interactions via phone, email, live chat, or online platforms.
• Assess professionalism, product knowledge, communication skills, and response times.
• Follow assignment guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete accurate online reports before deadlines.
• Upload screenshots or receipts when required.
• Maintain professional communication throughout each assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Access to a computer or smartphone.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous mystery shopping or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
