The suitable candidate should be IP network specialist, proficient in DC networking, Cisco or Juniper, experienced with routing and switching. Should have an experience with DC infrastructure in an enterprise environment. CCNA or CCNP certificate or experience with BGP routing protocol is a plus.

The team belongs to infrastructure platform, network management. It’s the 2nd level team, there is 24/7 1st level team that serves as a first point of contact. The position however includes on-call duty. The team have up to 15 FTE and 3 of them are located in Slovakia.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• 2nd and 3rd level data center network administration.
• Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
• Record, evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
• Participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals.
• Create and maintain documentation.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Speak English at least on upper intermediate (B2) level. German language is an advantage.
• Have at least 2 years of experience with enterprise data center network operations
• Skill that are required:
  • Cisco or Juniper technology
  • IP networking
  • Routing and switching
  • BGP routing protocol
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent is a plus, but not mandatory

• Have analytical thinking and you are good at team cooperation

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1050€ /brutto.
