Client Manager, Business Insurance (Remote)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager specializing in Business Insurance to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Lines, a proven ability to handle complex accounts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of business insurance accounts with professionalism and efficiency


• Oversee the renewal process, including conducting coverage reviews and ensuring timely completion


• Remarket accounts as needed, leveraging relationships with multiple carriers to secure optimal terms


• Conduct thorough coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions


• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios


• Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records


• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance


• Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required


• Proficiency in using Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
