Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships within the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining a substantial book of business, with a preference for experience in real estate or technology accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and book of business.

• Remote Work: Fully remote position with company-provided equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their commercial insurance needs.


• Specialize in generalist accounts with a preference for real estate or technology sectors.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.


• Travel as needed to meet with clients and foster relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington or Oregon.


• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance sales, with a proven ability to build and manage a substantial book of business.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
