Commercial Lines Service Representative/Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually


• Work Environment: Fully remote (equipment provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to claims, policies, and coverage.


• Process certificates of insurance and endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.


• Prepare accounts for renewal and assist with quoting processes.


• Quote new and renewal business (approximately 10% new, 90% renewal).


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS 360 software.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.


• Language Skills: Japanese bilingual skills are highly preferred, as 60% of our customers are Japanese-speaking.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.


• Soft Skills: Collaborative, patient, detail-oriented, and professional.


• Account Types: Experience working with generalist accounts such as hospitality, real estate, laundromats, retail, doctors' offices, and law firms.
