New Job Opening: Manager Transaction Advisory Services in United States

FDD / Transaction Advisory Manager | US | Remote/Flexible

$185000 base + x2-3 Base Bonus

I’m working with a growing, entrepreneurial advisory firm looking to add a Manager-level FDD professional to its Transaction Advisory team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who has built solid FDD experience within a Big Four, national firm or specialist advisory platform, but now wants more ownership, broader exposure and a genuine voice in how a growing practice develops.

The role is heavily delivery-focused — this is not a position where you’re expected to arrive with a book of business.

You’ll be trusted to take real ownership of engagements, work directly with clients and senior leadership, manage junior team members and help deliver high-quality buy-side and sell-side diligence.

We’re particularly interested in people with:

• 4–6 years’ experience, predominantly within FDD / Transaction Advisory

• Strong Quality of Earnings / normalized EBITDA experience

• Working capital and debt / debt-like analysis

• Buy-side and/or sell-side transaction exposure

• Experience working with PE-backed and middle-market clients

• Confidence managing workstreams and junior team members

• Strong client presence and communication skills
