Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of standard personal insurance accounts. This role is responsible for handling the full account lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with producers, underwriters, and carrier partners to provide responsive and accurate service.

The ideal candidate has a strong personal lines background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage accounts independently in a remote environment. Commercial lines experience is a plus and may provide opportunities to support additional account types.

Responsibilities

  Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting, policy processing, endorsements, renewals, and other service needs.

  Market accounts to carriers and evaluate coverage and pricing options.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carrier partners to support effective account servicing.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate account documentation and client records.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with clients regarding coverage, policy changes, renewals, and other account-related matters.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide responsive customer service and support long-term client relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities to improve coverage or address changing client needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with commercial lines accounts when appropriate based on experience.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of insurance account management experience, preferably within personal lines.

  
  


• 
  

  Commercial lines experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Applied Epic preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
