Personal Lines Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a fast-paced, growing insurance team. This remote role focuses primarily on Personal Lines Auto Insurance, with opportunities to cross-sell additional personal insurance products.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound sales, understands personal lines insurance, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Sell Personal Lines Auto Insurance policies and identify opportunities to cross-sell Home, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella coverage.

  
  


• 
  

  Meet established monthly sales and production goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage leads, customer activity, and sales performance using systems such as EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the sales process.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and organized sales records.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay informed about personal lines insurance products, market trends, and carrier offerings.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain required insurance licensing and continuing education.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

  
  


• 
  

  Multi-state licensing is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably with a strong focus on auto insurance.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce is highly desirable.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and sales initiatives.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Hourly Rate: $36/hour.

  Commission: Uncapped earning potential.
