Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory – Senior Director Opportunity

$300-$350k (Base+Bonus) + Equity   

Remote / Hybrid - all major US city locations

I’m partnering with a fast-growing financial consulting firm that is continuing to build out its Finance Transformation / Office of the CFO advisory practice across the US.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or Finance Operating Model professional who is ready to take on broader leadership, client ownership and practice-building responsibility.

The role would suit someone currently operating at Director or high-performing Senior Manager level within a Big 4 / major consulting firm, or equivalent within a mid-market advisory environment, who is looking for a faster route to senior leadership and a more entrepreneurial platform.

The mandate is focused on helping CFOs and finance leadership teams modernize the finance function across:

• Finance operating model design


• R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A process improvement


• Shared services / centres of excellence


• ERP / EPM-enabled finance transformation


• Performance management and reporting


• Finance technology enablement


• Transformation roadmap and business case development


• End-to-end programme execution

The ideal profile will bring:

• 10–15+ years’ experience across finance transformation, CFO advisory, finance operations or performance improvement


• Strong consulting / professional services background


• Experience advising CFOs, CAOs, Controllers or senior finance leaders


• Practical understanding of finance processes and enabling systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, NetSuite or similar


• Ability to lead complex client engagements and manage teams


• Commercial mindset and appetite to help grow a developing practice

This is not a narrow systems implementation role. It is a broader CFO-facing advisory opportunity, sitting at the intersection of finance strategy, operating model, process, technology and execution.
