Trucking Insurance Producer – (Fully Remote)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a focus on trucking accounts. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions tailored to the transportation industry.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary plus commission ($200K-$500K+ total comp)

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate full knowledge of insurance products and their applications.


• Advise and consult with clients on insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies.


• Manage workflow for an assigned book of business and delegate tasks as needed.


• Maintain client accounts in accordance with agency guidelines.


• Service and monitor account activity, including renewals and policy changes.


• Conduct outreach to existing insureds to enhance or “round out” accounts.


• Collaborate strategically with sales staff to strengthen client relationships.


• Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.


• Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.


• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and renewal reviews.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and business partners.


• Oversee marketing and quoting processes for new and renewal business.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience handling trucking or transportation-related commercial insurance accounts.


• Proven ability to meet with clients and provide consultative risk management guidance.


• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.


• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.


• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
