Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products and services as well as industry trends.
• Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team goals.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and immerse yourself in a new cultural lifestyle.
