Job Description - Norwegian Customer Support in Malta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products or services.
  • Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and late hours.
  • Ability to work from home during weekend and late shifts.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
  • On-site training provided.
  • Weekend or late shifts work-from-home options.
