We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Norwegian and passionate about providing excellent customer support in the e-commerce space. In this role, you will assist customers navigating our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Norwegian via email, chat, and phone, providing exceptional support for their online shopping inquiries.
• Guide customers through the online store, helping them find products and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance service offerings and product selections.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or online advising is preferred, particularly in e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
