Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Norwegian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Norwegian to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for the Norwegian-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Norwegian, ensuring adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Norwegian.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and enhance community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and moderation best practices.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
