About BreatheSuite
BreatheSuite delivers virtual pulmonary rehabilitation to patients with chronic lung conditions across the country. Our mission is to make quality pulmonary rehabilitation accessible, empowering patients to take control of their respiratory health from the comfort of their own homes. We use a multidisciplinary model — NPs, physical therapists, and respiratory therapists — supported by a remote therapeutic monitoring platform built specifically for this population.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our virtual care team. BreatheSuite NPs conduct telehealth evaluations and provide ongoing management for patients across the spectrum of chronic lung conditions — including COPD, ILD, and post-COVID — while overseeing respiratory therapists and collaborating with physical therapists as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This is an opportunity to practice cutting-edge digital health delivery, providing 1-on-1 personalized care entirely via telehealth.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations including history, physical examination, and diagnostic review
Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients with chronic lung conditions
Supervise respiratory therapists providing direct patient care
Collaborate with physical therapists and referring providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Provide patient education and counseling on pulmonary health, self-management, and lifestyle modification
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using BreatheSuite's EMR and Coaching Dashboard
Qualifications
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with active license in CO, AZ, UT, or OH
Active advanced practice nursing license in good standing
DEA license preferred
2 years of experience as a licensed NP
Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care, pulmonology, or chronic disease management
Experience supervising or overseeing other healthcare providers
Comfortable with or able to learn telehealth platforms, EMR systems, and remote monitoring tools
Access to a computer with webcam and microphone, and reliable internet connection
Minimum availability of 8 hours per week; 16+ hours preferred with consistent weekly availability
