Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical experience and a proven track record in healthcare sales or business development. This hybrid role bridges clinical insight with a strategic approach to sales, making it ideal for a nurse who understands both patient care and the value of clinical solutions in driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical consultant and liaison between Aetos Healthcare and healthcare providers, demonstrating how our services improve patient care and practice efficiency.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with physician practices, clinics, and healthcare systems to promote Aetos Healthcare’s offerings.
- Educate clients on clinical programs such as Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other programs.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions tailored to provider needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide clinical input on sales strategies and materials.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Active RN/LVN license (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, home health, or chronic disease management.
- 1–2 years of sales, account management, or healthcare business development experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, billing (especially CPT codes related to RPM/CCM), and clinical outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort in using digital health platforms and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling digital health solutions or working in a healthtech environment.
- Background in care coordination or population health initiatives.
- Familiarity with Medicare billing and compliance for RPM/CCM services.
