Office Admin

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at 2 Auto Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as well as familiarity with Dealertrack systems. This remote role offers a competitive salary between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage automotive billing processes accurately and timely.


• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently.


• Utilize Dealertrack software to process transactions and maintain records.


• Coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.


• Maintain organized documentation related to billing and financial activities.


• Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support company operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.


• Proficiency with Dealertrack system is required.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
