Accountabilities:

• Host and manage virtual legal depositions via Zoom with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide basic tech support to participants to ensure a smooth remote experience.
• Maintain high-quality audio conditions for accurate transcription by the platform.
• Administer oaths, manage procedural elements, and oversee the start/stop of official records.
• Follow provided scripts and documentation protocols with precision and attention to detail.
• Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality throughout proceedings.

• Active Notary Public commission in Ohio (must reside in Ohio).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Computer with webcam and compatible software for video conferencing.
• Strong verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
• Comfort using Zoom or similar platforms; legal industry experience is a plus.
