Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Fitness Instructor / Health Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating online fitness programs for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing the overall health and wellness of our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement personalized online fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, needs, and abilities

- Conduct virtual fitness classes and provide one-on-one virtual training sessions to clients

- Monitor and track client progress, provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to their programs

- Create and manage a schedule of virtual fitness classes and training sessions

- Coordinate with other fitness instructors and health professionals to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to client fitness and wellness

- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and research to continuously improve and enhance our programs

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market our online fitness programs

- Assist in the development of new online fitness programs and services

Qualifications:

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field

- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or health program coordinator

- Experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programs

- Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals

- Proficient in virtual training platforms and technology

- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others reach their fitness goals

Compensation & Bonuses

Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance

Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training

Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training

Work Schedule

Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules

No weekends required unless preferred

100% Remote Position — U.S.-based only
