In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting a safe online environment by monitoring user activity, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring compliance with community standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to detect and address breaches of safety policies.
• Conduct investigations of reported incidents, leveraging analytical skills to assess situations and determine preventive measures.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective online safety policies and procedures.
• Compile reports on trends and incidents related to online safety to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging online safety issues and propose proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
• Educate users about safe online practices to foster a secure community environment.

• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to address incidents effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to relay safety information clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for this position.
