Online Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
• Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
• Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
• Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
• Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online order processing.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and engage B2B leads via Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with online retail tools and digital platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory/order tracking systems is an advantage.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
