Job Description - Operations Associate

If you’re a recent graduate ready to join a fast-growing online panel company, Talk Online Panel is looking for you!

Talk Online Panel is one of Europe’s largest online market research panel operators, managing online research communities in 25 countries. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Operations Associate on a full-time basis. While our Czech office is located in Prague 5, the position offers the flexibility of home office work from Czech Republic.

Prepare proposals: Draft compelling, commissionable proposals for our national and international clients that align with client needs and business objectives. Communicate persuasively to encourage clients to commission our services/products, and ensure all proposals are structured to maximize conversion while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
Communicate with clients: Maintain close communication via email and telephone with clients worldwide.
Assess projects: Evaluate the feasibility of project requests, handle online questionnaire scripting/programming, analyze data, perform simple analyses, and prepare spreadsheets when necessary.
Manage surveys: Dispatch online survey invitations to our Talk Research Community and oversee the survey process.
Oversee projects: Monitor projects continuously, communicate proactively with clients, and ensure smooth project progress.
Plan projects: Develop and adjust project plans independently to guarantee timely completion.

Apply your theoretical knowledge: Use what you learned in your studies in a scientific, technical, or social science field (e.g., sociology) to get the job done.
Use your language skills: Rely on your excellent knowledge of English (C1) to work effectively in an international environment.
Work with attention to detail: Bring accuracy and reliability to your everyday tasks.
Utilize your technical skills: Work with MS Excel, MS Word, and other standard software tools.
Focus on customer needs: Understand what clients need and work well in a multicultural team.
Manage projects: Prioritize tasks and keep projects moving forward.
