Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and international team. You will be responsible for managing survey projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of research activities. Your role will involve a mix of technical, analytical, and client-facing responsibilities.

• Manage survey projects from start to finish, including scripting questionnaires, sending survey invitations, and overseeing project timelines.
• Communicate closely via email and telephone with national and international clients.
• Assess feasibility for project requests, prepare data reports, and conduct basic analyses.
• Create proposals and cost estimates.
• Monitor projects continuously and proactively address any issues with clients.
• Develop and adjust project plans to ensure timely and successful project completion.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must-Have:

• A scientific or technical educational background.
• Fluency in English as well as Czech and Slovak.
• A strong sense of accuracy and reliability in work execution.
• Affinity for numbers and excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
• A basic understanding of the internet and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of SPSS or other analytical tools.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Strong project management and task prioritization skills.

Nice-to-Have: Experience in market research is is advantageous.
